Tattoo ID Requirement

 This is a  state requirement as well as the studio policy. All tattoo clients must  be at least 18 years or older with a valid ID, No Minors even with parental consent (felony). The following are acceptable forms of ID: State ID, Drivers License, FOID Cards or Passport that is not expired. We  cannot accept military ID, school or work ID, or any photos  of ID. We can not look up ID's in our records of prior visit, please bring your physical ID at time of appointment.

If you are under the age of 18 years of age, you must be  accompanied by parent or legal guardian for any reason while in  the studio. Both Parent and Minor MUST have identification present. We can not look up ID's in our records of prior visit, please bring your physical ID at time of appointment.

The following are acceptable forms of ID for minors: Birth Certificate, State ID, Drivers License or Passport that is not expired. Acceptable forms of Id for parents or legal guardian: State ID, Drivers License, FOID Cards or Passport that is not expired.

If client and their parent have matching last name and  address on their identification, then we do not need any further  documentation. If the last name or address does not match or only one matches, then we would require additional documentation. This can be  done with a birth certificate, divorce decree, vaccination record, or  any legal form that clearly states that the adult is the parent of the  minor. If the person consenting on the behalf of the minor is not the  parent of the minor, then legal documentation must be provided stating that this person has legal right to consent on their behalf. 

Clients under the age of 13 and under need to still be accompanied by a parent with valid photo ID as seen  above, as well as a birth certificate. If the minor client does not have  a photo ID, it is ideal but not required. 

For those that are under the age of 18 we do not preform any genital, nipple, or surface piercings. There are no exceptions.

For those between the ages of 15-17 we offer septum, industrial, eyebrow, navel, lip (16 and older), and most ear piercings.

For those between the ages of 13-14 we offer earlobe piercings, some cartilage piercings, and nostril piercings.

For those between the ages of 5-12 years of age and under we only offer ear lobe piercings.

We will not pierce anyone under the age of 5. There are no exceptions.
