Book a piercing
VALID ID IS REQUIRED FOR ALL APPOINTMENTS
We need ID for the parent or guardian AND ID for the minor.
State ID, Drivers license, Passport or Birth-certificate are the ONLY acceptable forms of identification.
All minors MUST be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for any appointment or service.

This is a requirement of the State of Illinois.
IMPORTANT: READ
Valid ID is required For EVERY Tattoo or Piercing for both adults and minors (piercings).
This is State Law. We can not make exceptions.
It is your responsibility to read our ID requirements to come to your appointment prepared.
If you come to your appointment without proper identification, we will not be able to complete your service and your deposit will be forfeited.
